I must admit that I have a small arsenal of cooking gadgets I cannot cook/live without because they make my culinary projects so much easier, and pleasant. Excluding my regular knives, my favorite pots, and pans, wooden spoons (I love those), spatulas, pot holders…etc etc. I can’t live without my pressure cooker, and my Thermomix. You should be familiar with the traditional pressure cookers, and for those unfamiliar with what a Thermomix is, you will find a post below explaining everything that you need to know about it.
