These magnificent miniature bundt cakes are made with a blend of panko, and pistachios, and a finishing touch of Malabi to enhance the yumminess of every single bite.Look at it again, there is no frosting here….it is just a wonderful finishing touch of  Israel’s most popular, and finest milk pudding: Malabi. If you haven’t tried Malabi yet, you’re missing out!

 2 cups Panko or Bread Crumbs
 1 cup Roasted pistachios
 2 tsp Baking powder
 ¼ tsp Ground cinnamon
 4 Large eggs
 ¾ cup Granulated sugar
 113 g Unsalted butter (melted)
 Ground pistachios for decorating
Malabi
 250 ml milk
 200 g Sweetened condensed milk
 150 ml Whipping cream
 1 tsp Orange blossom Water
 1 tsp Rose water
 2 1/2 Tablespoons of Cornstarch

Grease a bundt cake pan.
Preheat oven at 350 Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius

In a food processor, add panko, pistachio, baking powder, and cinnamon.(Process until finely chopped).
**For those using their Thermomix cooking robot:
**THERMOMIX:Time: 12 Seconds/Speed: 6
In the bowl of stand mixer, whisk eggs and sugar for about 7 minutes.
**For Thermomix users, place the whisk attachment to the TMX bowl, and:
**THERMOMIX: Time: 5 Min/Speed: 3

Add the pistachios, and melted butter.f

Fold into the butter with a rubber spatula.

Pour the batter into the bundt pan, and bake for 30 minutes.

To make Malabi:

Dissolve cornstarch in 60 ml of milk, and keep aside.

**TRADITIONAL COOKING METHOD:
In a medium size pan, combine the milk, cream, condensed milk, and the cornstarch, and hit on medium heat while stirring until it gets thicK, and smooth. Once the Malabi has thickened, add the rose, and the orange blossom water.
**For THERMOMIX USERS: add the milk, cream, condensed milK, and the cornstarch to the Thermomix bowl, and program your TMX:
THERMOMIX: Time:10 minutes/Speed:3

Refrigerate the Malabi for a couple of hours before using.
