Healthy PF. Chang’s inspired lettuce wraps. They are great for lunches, light dinners or appetizers, and they come together in less than 30 minutes. Enjoy!
Turkey Lettuce Wraps
Whisk all sauce ingredients together
In a large skillet, hit the sesame oil, and once the oil is hot, add the ground turkey, and cook until the turkey starts to brown.
Add water chestnuts, mushrooms, and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the sauce, simmer on low heat, and stir until the ingredientes are evenly coated in sauce. Cook until everything is heated through.
Serve in lettuce wraps, and garnish with sliced scallions.
