Pumpkin, Cream, Soup, Curry, Thermomix, Traditional Cooking Methods.

 150 g Carrots (Chopped
 1 Leeks (Chopped)
 1 tbsp Curry
 50 Grams or 4 Tablespoons of Olive oil
 700 g Pumpkin (Peeled and Chopped)
 Salt (Coarse)
 500 ml Water
 3 Wedges of "The Laughing Cow" Spreadable Swiss Cheese

TRADITIONAL COOKING DIRECTIONS:
In a saucepan saute the chopped leeks, and carrots until soft.
Add the curry, and mix well.
Add the rest of ingredients except for the water, and the cheese.
Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally.
Add the water, and cook until the vegetables are very soft.
Place in a blender and add the cheese wedges, carefully puree until completely smooth.
Pour back into the saucepan, and bring back to a gentle simmer, turn off the heat, and adjust the seasoning if necessary.

THERMOMIX COOKING DIRECTIONS:

Add the leeks, and carrots to the Thermomix bowl, and chop the vegetables:
**THERMOMIX: Time:4Seconds/Speed:4
Add the curry, and the oil
**THERMOMIX: Time:5Minutes/Temperature:Varoma/Speed:2
Add the pumpkin, and program:
**THERMOMIX:Time:10Minutes/Temperature:100/Speed:2
Add the water, add salt, and program:
**THERMOMIX:Time:15Minutes/Temperature:100/Speed:1
Add the Cheese wedges, and program
**THERMOMIX:Time:20 Seconds/Speed:5-7-9
