Zucchni Cream Soup

 3 Unpeeled Zucchinis (cut in medium size slices)
 2 Leeks (clean and chopped is regular pieces)
 2 Medium size potatoes (Peeled and cut into pieces)
 60 ml White cooking wine
 350 ml water or chicken stock
 40 ml olive oil
 Salt and pepper to taste
 3 Swiss Cheese wedges
Traditional Cooking Directions:

In a saucepan saute the chopped leeks until soft.
Add the zucchinis to the pan, bring to simmer and cook stirring occasionally. Add the wine, and when the alcohol starts to evaporate, add the water, the potatoes , pepper and salt, and cook until all ingredients are soft.
Place the contents of the saucepan in a blender and add the cheese wedges, carefully puree until completely smooth.
Pour back into the saucepan, and bring back to a gentle simmer, turn off the heat, and adjust the salt and pepper if necessary.
You can garnish with croutons, walnuts, and heavy cream or drizzle olive oil

Add the leeks to the Thermomix bowl and program the TMX:
**THERMOMIX:TIME:8Seconds/Speed:5
Add the olive oil and cook:
**THERMOMIX:Time:6 Minutes/Temperature:Varoma
Add the zucchinis to the TMX bowl, and cook:
**THERMOMIX:Time:6Minutes/Temperature:Varoma/Speed:2
Remove the measuring cup, and add the wine, and program the TMX:
**THERMOMIX:Time:3Min/Temperature:Varoma/Speed:Spoon
Add the potatoes, water, and salt, and cook:
**THERMOMIX:Time:20Minutes/Temperature:100/Speed:Spoon
Add the cheese wedges, and blend all ingredients together
