I LOVE LOVE LOVE Salmon…a delicious source of protein. Low in fat, calories, and cholesterol….it is the most delicious, and perfect choice! As you probably know by now, I love eating fish and seafood, and of course, I love to eat salmon. Here is one of my favorite recipes, this amazing teriyaki glazed salmon comes together in less than an hour, and in one single pan. Give a try, and I can assure you that it will become a regular;-)

 

 

 

Ingredients for the Teriyaki Sauce:
  cup Soy sauce
 ¼ cup Fresh orange Juice
 23 tbsp Water
 2 tbsp Honey
 2 Garlic cloves (Minced)
 1 tbsp Fresh ginger
 1 tsp Chili flakes
 ½ Fresh lemon juiced
 1 tbsp Corn starch
 1 tbsp Water
You will need the following:
 4 Salmon fillets
 3 Green Onion
 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

To Make the Teriyaki Sauce:

Start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit or 200 Celsius

Whisk all ingredientes for the teriyaki sauce.Note: Make a slurry with the corn starch and the water prior to mixing it with the rest of ingredients)
Place the salmon in a baking dish
Pour the teriyaki sauce over the salmon.

Bake the salmon for 15 minutes or until cooked through (Every oven is different)
Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the oven and pour some of the sauce from the baking dish sides over the fish.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
