Thermomix Directions: (Please notice that my Thermomix is set to Metric System)
400 g Dried apricots
370 g Water
100 g Fresh lemon juice

Place Apricots and water into Thermomix bowl, and cook :
10 Minutes/100C/Reverse/Speed 1.
Add remaining ingredients and cook
20 Minutes/90C/Reverse/Speed 1.
