Healthy Mixed Greens Salad

 2 Hands full of Mixed Greens of your choice
 1 Ripe avocado
 10 Sugar Bomb Tomatoes (Chopped)
 ½ Can of tuna
 1 or 2 Boiled Eggs
 3 Imitation Crab/Surimi sticks cut into slices
Vinaigrette Ingredients:
 ¼ cup Olive Oil
 4 tbsp White vinegar (I used Sherry Vinegar)
 2 Teaspoons of coarse salt
 1 tsp Dried Rosmary
 1 tsp Dried basil

In a large bowl, toss together the mixed greens, avocado, sugar bomb tomatoes, tuna, surimi, and eggs. Set aside
Shake all the vinaigrette ingredients together in a tightly-lidded container or whisk them together in a small bowl.
Let the vinaigrette stand for about 10 minutes to rehydrate dried herbs, and blend the flavors.
Shake again, and dress the salad as desired.
