Today Im making my favorite Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread, I love them for breakfast, as a dessert with my coffee, and I can eat it any time of the year. I have several recipes for this type of bread, and I have tried all of them, but this one is by far one of the best ones. This tender chocolate chip pumpkin is moist, soft, irresistible, and loaded with mouth watering chocolate chips. Give it a try, you won’t regret it!

Heat oven at 350 Fahrenheit
With a blender or with a Thermomix mix the sugar, pumpkin, oil, yogurt, and eggs. For those using Thermomix:
**THERMOMIX: Time:40 Seconds/Speed: 3
Add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and mix well.For Thermomix users:
**THERMOMIX: Time: 60 Seconds/Speed 4
Fold in Chocolate chips
Pour the batter into loaf pan, and bake for 1 hour, and 20 minutes.
Pour the batter into loaf pan,
and bake for 1 hour, and 20 minutes.
Let the Pumpkin Bread cool for 10 minutes
Remove from the pan, and cool completely on a wire rack
