Good morning!

Here is one of those MUST HAVE recipes specially if your companion is wine. I absolutely love food colors. In my modest opinion, good food starts with our eyes. A pleasant eating experience translates to me into a seduction between the eye, and the food, and without doubt,  this tapa is one of those that truly provoques the most seductive feeling you can ever imagine.

Without expanding too much, here is the recipe with directions to elaborate it with the Thermomix, and another reason that clearly explains why I love my Thermomix cooking robot so much, and for those not familiar with what a Thermomix cooking robot is, here is a good link:  What is a Thermomix?, the texture of the candied peppers, and the flavor of this magnificent seduction are superb-nothing can be compared to it! Again, that is just my personal opinion. Greetings from Evans, GA!!
