Set the oven at 325F, and spray a 9X5 loaf pan
Whisk the flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and sugar together in a large mixing blow, a stand mixer or a Thermomix.
*For Thermomix users: TMX: Time: 10 Seconds/Speed 3-4
Beat in the egg, oil and vanilla
*For Thermomix users: TMX: Time: 10 Seconds/Speed 3-4
Add the Banana and nuts and make sure everything is combined.
*For Thermomix users: TMX Time: 45 Seconds/Speed 3
Pour the batter into the pan, and make sure that the batter is even out.
Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out without batter.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 20 minutes, and remove to a rack to cool completely before spreading the frosting
Blend the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with enough milk to make it spreadable.

Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.....and enjoy!
